- Michele Oestman Illustration
- Michele Oestman attended College for Creative Studies where she obtained her Bachelors of Fine Art. Michele primarily paints portraiture, caricatures, and characters suitable for children’s books. Her work has been mentioned in Real Detroit Weekly, Detroit Metro Times, motorcityblog.net,www.radiohead.fr and The Detroit News. She has exhibited at: The Detroit Public Library, CCS Student Shows, U245 Gallery, CCS Manoogian Building, Russell Industrial, The Cave Gallery, 4731 Gallery, Detroit Children’s Hospital, The Majestic Cafe', and Tasi. She has contributed artwork to MF Magazine and the Detroit Derby Girls. Michele has won numerous awards and scholarships including a costume illustration contest hosted by The Somerset Collection in conjunction with Cosprop, a London-based costumery for film, television, and theatre.
